📍 Remote | US-based client (Utah)
📅 Schedule: Final schedule to be discussed (1–2 rest days weekly)
🕒 Hubstaff tracking with screen recording required
💰 Starting Rate: $5.00/hr (with potential increase up to $7/hr based on performance)

Do you stay calm under pressure and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for two reliable, service-driven Guest Services Representatives who can deliver exceptional support to guests, homeowners, and vendors. No experience in vacation rental tools yet? Don’t worry—we’ll train you every step of the way.
Whether you’ve used Airbnb, VRBO, Streamline, or Breezeway before or you’re completely new to them, this role is perfect for fast learners who love problem-solving and communication.
What You’ll Do:
🎯 Assist guests, property owners, and vendors with inquiries, issues, and service requests
🎯 Communicate in a friendly, clear, and solution-oriented manner
🎯 Collaborate with the team to resolve concerns quickly and accurately
🎯 Log updates, notes, and actions using various platforms and internal systems
🎯 Proactively help prevent repeated issues through detailed follow-through
🎯 Learn and use platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, Streamline, and Breezeway (training included)
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong communication + customer service skills
✔ Warm, professional, and guest-centric approach
✔ Organized, detail-minded, and confident in asking the right questions
✔ Comfortable with Hubstaff time tracking + screen recording
✔ Can commit exclusively to this job (no other work commitments)
✔ Available to start ASAP
Bonus Points If You Have:
💡 BPO / customer service background
💡 Guest services, property management, or hospitality experience
💡 Previous remote work experience
