Qualifications:
▪️Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field.
▪️Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or head chef role, preferably in a high end hotel, resort, or fine-dining establishment.
▪️Strong background in menu engineering, cost control, modern culinary techniques and Filipino/ Negrense Cuisine.
