Zain Property Development LLC looks for highly skilled individuals to fill the below job vacancies:
•Construction Manager (Civil): An ideal candidate for the position must be presentable and smart, holding Degree in Civil Engineering with around 10-12 years’ experience of working in similar role and industry in Oman or in any other GCC. The responsibilities include reviewing the proposals for projects, to estimate timelines and milestones, cash flow requirements, project protocols, resourcing needs and requirements for human resources, equipment and resources at different stages of the project. Working closely with the clients, architects, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure every project aspect runs smoothly.
•Sr. Planning Engineer (Civil):
The candidate must hold BE / BTech degree in Civil with 5 to 10 years exp in Oman or GCC countries in building projects. Knowledge of P6, MS project and AutoCAD. The responsibilities include construction of building - project ex*****on and delivery in time, project planning, project control, project coordination, resource planning, scheduling project, man, material, machines, application of planning tools, P6, MS project.
•Sr. Procurement Engineer (Civil): The candidate must hold Degree in Civil Engineering with around 5-7 years’ experience in similar role and industry in Oman or in any other GCC countries besides he must be presentable and smart. The responsibilities include Identify and evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms, manage the purchasing process from requisition through to delivery, maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and suppliers, collaborate with project managers and site teams to understand material needs, monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply needs.
