It's Mental Health Awareness Week! The perfect reminder that creating safer workplaces goes beyond hard hats, high-vis, and PPE. It's about wellbeing too.

The theme for MHAW this year is Belonging Matters. And how do we create belonging? Through small, everyday actions that help people feel welcome, valued, and connected.

So this week, take a moment to connect with your family, friends, colleagues and wider community โ€“ whatever connection looks like to you!
