Position : Account Officer (Construction Industry)
Location: Dibyeshwori Planning
Kshamadevi Group is looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented Account Officer with proven experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate understands the complexities of construction projects, is financially meticulous, and can build long-term relationships with vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
๐ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial data with accuracy and proper documentation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax laws, and regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
๐ผ Required Experience:
- 3โ5 years in accounting, project or business management roles within the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, BOQs, and key deliverables.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with banks, vendors, and clients.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
๐ Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration.
- Semi-qualified CA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office is required.
