- Job Descriptions & Specifications:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
โข Lead and oversee all accounting, finance, and reporting functions of the organization.
โข Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
โข Drive budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and variance analysis processes.
โข Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
โข Monitor profitability, cost optimization initiatives, and overall financial performance.
Treasury & Working Capital Management
โข Manage cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital requirements.
โข Oversee receivables, payables, and collection efficiency to maintain healthy cash cycles.
โข Administer trade finance instruments including LC, BG, foreign remittances, and import-related payments.
โข Develop and maintain effective relationships with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
2. Governance, Risk & Compliance
โข Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, VAT, TDS, and regulatory requirements.
โข Strengthen internal control systems and financial governance frameworks.
โข Lead internal and external audit coordination and timely closure of audit observations.
โข Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines.
3. Logistics Cost Control & Operational Finance
โข Provide financial oversight of logistics, inventory, warehousing, freight, clearing, and distribution activities.
โข Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.
โข Ensure proper financial documentation and control of imports, inventory movement, and supply chain transactions.
โข Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to improve overall business efficiency.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
โข Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounts teams.
โข Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Procurement, HR, and Management teams.
โข Drive process improvement initiatives, automation, and best practices across finance functions.
โข Support Executive Management with strategic planning, business reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Educational Qualification:
โข Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent will be highly preferred.
Experience
โข Minimum 3โ4 years of post-qualification experience for CA/ACCA professionals.
โข Proven experience in financial reporting, treasury management, taxation, audit, and compliance.
โข Experience in trading, engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related industries will be an added advantage.
โข Exposure to logistics finance, inventory management, and supply chain cost control is desirable.
