*Position:Logistic Incharge
*Location: Ramgram,Parasi
*Salary : Negotiable
*Education:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
*Experience: At least3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or distribution or relevant feild
*JD:
-Inbound Material & Stock Receipt
• Receive consignments and verify delivery documents.
• Check materials against purchase documents for quantity, damage, shortage or leakage.
• Ensure proper storage and immediate stock record updates. Daily / As Required Attention to Detail, Inventory Control, Documentation
-Warehouse & Inventory Management
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and accurate stock records.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO and proper batch-wise segregation.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. Daily / Monthly Inventory Management, Analytical Skill, Accuracy
-Finished Goods Management
• Ensure safe storage, handling and stacking of finished products.
• Maintain product traceability and stock accuracy.
• Minimize product leakage, damage and losses. Daily Warehouse Management, Safety Awareness, Attention to Detail
-Dispatch & Distribution
• Plan and schedule dispatches based on customer orders and priorities.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and timely delivery.
• Track shipments and obtain delivery confirmation. Daily / As Required Planning & Organizing, Coordination, Time Management
-Transporter & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for timely deliveries.
• Monitor transporter performance and resolve shortages, damages and delays.
• Ensure transporter documents and bills are properly processed. Daily / Monthly Negotiation, Communication, Problem Solving
-Sales Order & Customer Delivery Support
• Ensure released sales orders and sales bills are dispatched within the prescribed timeline.
• Ensure stock transfer orders are dispatched and closed on time.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on delayed or held orders. Daily Customer Focus, Coordination, Time Management
-Team Management & Safety
• Supervise warehouse staff, loaders and dispatch assistants.
• Allocate manpower and monitor performance.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, housekeeping and proper use of material handling equipment. Daily Team Management, Leadership, Safety Awareness
-Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare daily dispatch, stock and warehouse reports.
• Maintain records of damages, shortages, leakage and corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to Head Office.
Daily / Monthly Reporting, Basic Excel, Documentation
-Compliance & Process Improvement
• Ensure compliance with Company warehouse and logistics procedures.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements in storage, space utilization and distribution.
• Support internal audits and maintain required records. As Required Process Improvement, Compliance, Problem Solving
-Job Specification
• Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Strong inventory control, stock verification, and reconciliation skills.
• Good dispatch planning and transporter/vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to supervise warehouse staff and manage daily operations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and logistics documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
