The New Raw

The New Raw Crafting plastic waste with robots The New Raw is a creative practice that explores the merging fields of digital fabrication and material resourcing.

We close loops by introducing digital fabrication technologies in the recycling process of discarded materials. In this manner, we explore what design can do for waste-overproduction and material misuse. The New Raw was founded in Rotterdam in 2015 by Foteini Setaki and Panos Sakkas.
