Job Title: HR Employee at Eteck
Are you passionate about contributing to the sustainability of the Netherlands? Join Eteck and help us provide sustainable heating, cooling, and warm water supply to homes and buildings. We aim for zero use of fossil fuels and zero impact on the environment. Every day we strive for maximum impact on the Dutch heat and cold demand. As our impact grows, so do we!
We are expanding and looking for a new HR Employee to join our small but mighty team consisting of an HRBP, HR Employee, and HR Manager, with external support from a recruiter and salary specialist. Carefulness, speed, and flexibility are essential, and if you thrive in a dynamic work environment, want to learn more about HR, and don't mind a bit of stress, you're in the right place!
As an HR Employee, you'll support the team and be a source of information for managers and employees. You'll have a critical role in the administrative processes related to our employees, such as onboarding, drafting employment contracts, communication, sick leave registration, monthly (salary) changes, HR reports, and keeping digital personnel files up-to-date. You'll also work with the team on improvement projects. We currently need more help with recruitment, so if you have an affinity for it, or want to develop in this area, this is a great opportunity.
What we expect:
We're looking for someone with at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent. HR experience is a plus but not necessary. You don't need direct experience in a similar role, but it's important to have demonstrable affinity with the tasks. Excel proficiency is helpful, you're good at planning and organizing. You're analytical, forward-thinking, and can see the bigger picture, which allows you to take initiative for improvements.
Why it's great to work with us:
* We love new initiatives and fresh ideas - bring it on!
* We have short internal communication lines - no closed offices.
* We offer you a delicious lunch.
* We get 30 days off per year on a full-time basis.
* We have informal contact with each other - playing shuffleboard with your manager is always an option.
