Een prachtige mijlpaal: de drie Filipijnse verpleegkundigen die de afgelopen jaren een leer-werktraject volgden bij VariantZorg en WelThuis vervolgen hun carrière in vaste dienst bij WelThuis. Een mooi resultaat van teamwork binnen Fundis . Ze hebben het zo naar hun zin dat ze graag willen blijven bij woonzorgcentrum De Bovenberghe in Schoonhoven. Het gaat om een samenwerking tussen VariantZorg en WelThuis met Talent Group om in te spelen op de krapte in de arbeidsmarkt. Vier jaar geleden kwamen de Filipijnse verpleegkundigen naar Nederland en gingen via VariantZorg aan de slag in De Bovenberghe.

Na succesvolle pilots in 2020 en 2021 start Avant Talent Group vanaf eind 2022 weer met het werven en trainen van verpleegkundigen in de Filipijnse hoofdstad Manila.

We offer you a free sponsored intensive training program consisting of language training and professional training. The language training is intensive, takes 8 to 9 months and has 4 hours of class and 4 hours of study/homework daily. The goal of the training is for you to become fluent (level B2) in the Dutch language and to qualify to start working in Dutch healthcare.
