🔧 About the Function

📋 We are looking for experienced Ship Electricians and Electrical Panel Builders to work on various shipbuilding and industrial projects across the Netherlands.

As a Ship Electrician (Elektromonteur Scheepsbouw), you will be responsible for installing, connecting, maintaining, and testing electrical systems on board ships, yachts, and other vessels.

As an Electrical Panel Builder (Panelenbouwer / Kastenbouwer), you will assemble, wire, and connect electrical control cabinets, distribution panels, and switchboards according to technical drawings and electrical schematics.

🔌 Typical Tasks:
Installing electrical wiring, cable trays, and cable routes on board ships
Connecting electrical equipment, lighting, motors, and control systems
Building and wiring electrical cabinets and distribution panels
Reading and working from electrical diagrams and technical drawings
Installing switches, relays, terminals, circuit breakers, and control components
Testing, troubleshooting, and checking electrical installations
Ensuring high-quality work according to safety standards

👷‍♂️ What We Need
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience as a ship electrician, industrial electrician, or panel bulder
✔ Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings
✔ Experience with electrical installations, cabinet wiring, and connections
✔ Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and regulations
✔ Experience in shipbuilding or industrial environments is preferred
✔ Driving license is a plus
✔ Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented
