Job Title: Sales Representative – French & English Speaker
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-time (39h/week) | Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
Are you a motivated sales professional with B2B experience and fluency in both French and English? We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team in Barcelona. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales across French-speaking markets, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Proactively contact and engage B2B clients in the French market.
- Identify client needs, present solutions, and close sales effectively.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- Languages: Native/fluent French and professional English.
- Experience: At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in any industry.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
