I empowered a woman with N50k to start a mini fried yam and fried fish business in my street.
This was a few years ago.
I noticed that as a widow, her provision stored was greatly depreciating. And she was responsible for her three children in school.
I wasn't rich. I wasn't born into a rich family.

If you're qualified, you'll get the job. No favoritism, no nepotism.
If your salary is due, you'll get paid. No owing of salaries for months.
If you qualify for a performance bonus or promotion, you'll get it. You don't need to 'buttlick' anyone or worship anyone to get it.
You can schedule your own work time mostly, except there are stringent deadlines to meet.
Taking a few days off does not need to go through bureaucratic processes first. If you're experiencing a burnout, you can take a few days off.
And its fun. Pure and Simple.
