SUBJECT: *Standard Operating Procedures - SOP*
* JEREVENT CONCEPT *
*PURPOSE:* To establish procedures and command guidance on the function and tactical control responsibilities to the operations unit.
*Duties and responsibilities of Units/Personnel*.
*HEAD OF OPERATIONS*
1. The head of the operations stand as the head of the department and take full charge and responsibilities of the department, its units and its personnel
2. He is the personnel that serves as the intermediary between the organization and the
Department.
3. He serves as the person all information goes through or from before it get implemented or ignored
4. Ensures all directives giving from the management to the department is implemented and he also stands as the one give s report to the management.
*STORE*
1. The store is where 90% of organization assets are kept and taken care of.
2. It also serves as a control point for the organization in order to know if company is growing or degrading.
3. It is been headed by a personnel (mostly from within the operations department) in order for him to have total understanding of the items available in it.
4. It also produces a lot of information to the organization during the designations of any project at hand or in specs.
5. In fact, I`ll like to say it’s the Engine room to the organization.
*Maintenance*
The store unit of the department will be held responsible for this.
Since it is the store that will be releasing all this items and it is the same store that will be checking them in, therefore it is the store personell that will be in the best position to alert the head of the department and follow up adequately till its done.
All fabrics must be folded before returning them to the store.
No Center piece must be taken or returned back to the store without proper packing.
All items that can be sprayed must be properly sprayed before they were used in any project.
