Happy Father’s Day to all fathers and father figures across the music industry and beyond.

Today, we celebrate the men whose strength, sacrifice, guidance and unwavering support continue to shape lives, families, careers and communities.

As Music Artiste Managers, we understand the importance of mentorship, leadership, patience and protection qualities that define both great fathers and great managers. Many fathers work tirelessly behind the scenes, often without recognition, ensuring that the dreams of their loved ones become reality.

To every father balancing family responsibilities while pursuing excellence, thank you for your dedication and commitment. Your impact extends far beyond what words can express.

As we also observe Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, we encourage all fathers and men to prioritize their well-being, seek support when needed and remember that strength includes taking care of yourself.

On behalf of the Association of Music Artiste Managers of Nigeria (A.M.A.M.N), we celebrate and appreciate every father today.

It is with a heavy heart and profound sadness that the Association of Music Artiste Managers of Nigeria (AMAMN) announces the sudden passing of a distinguished member of our association, Michael Ndika, popularly known as “Naijareview.”

Michael was more than a talent manager; he was a visionary who helped shape the trajectory of the Afrohouse and contemporary African music scenes.
His influence was felt not just in the boardroom, but in the very fabric of the sounds that have put Nigeria on the global map.

To those who worked with him, Michael was the definition of a gentleman poised, articulate, and incredibly focused. His dedication to his craft was unmatched, and his role in the stellar, meteoric career of Niniola serves as a masterclass in steadfast, strategic, and nurturing management. He didn’t just manage a talent; he built a legacy, shielding his artists with a professionalism that commanded respect across the industry.

Beyond the music, we remember the man. We remember the tireless worker, the strategist, and, of course, the passionate Arsenal fan who brought that same intensity and loyalty to his support for his team as he did to his daily work.

Our deepest and most heartfelt condolences go out to Michael’s family during this incredibly difficult time. We also extend our deepest sympathies to Niniola, who has lost not just a dedicated manager, but a trusted partner who stood by her through every milestone.

Michael, your impact on our industry is indelible. You set a standard for what it means to be a professional in this game, and you will be sorely missed.
Rest in power, legend. 🕊️
