It’s Customer Service Week; a time to appreciate and celebrate two very important parts of every business: the people who serve and the customers they serve.

As part of this year’s week-long activities, I had the opportunity to deliver a presentation to the Cruxstone team on this year’s theme, “Going the Extra Mile.”

It was a great time of learning, reflection and engagement, and an opportunity to reaffirm the team’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating meaningful value for their clients.

Great customer service goes beyond simply meeting expectations. It is about being intentional, listening, anticipating needs and, sometimes, going that extra mile to make a difference.

To everyone who plays a role in creating exceptional customer experiences, we celebrate you.

Keep learning. Keep betting on yourself. The long nights, the bold decisions, the moments of uncertainty, and even the detours will all have a purpose.

One day, you'll look back and realize that every experience was preparing you to lead, inspire, and create opportunities for others.
