The vision of MentorshipHUB Africa is rooted in the belief that all youth will reach their full and unlimited potential by realizing their innate greatness. MentorshipHUB Africa will support youth to grow into healthy and become productive citizens with the ability to transform themselves and the communities where they live. Organizational development and capacity building for new and existing programs;
2. Developing mentee/mentor recruitment and retention strategies;
3. Determining agency organizational health and readiness to develop and operate an effective mentoring program;
4. Developing appropriate mentor/mentee matching and monitoring criterion;
5. Identifying and clarifying program goals and objectives for working with various youth populations.
