Job Description
A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees and Parents/Guardians (Potential and existing), providing administrative support and managing their queries.
Main duties include managing office stock and supplies; preparing regular reports and statistical data (e.g. expenses and office budgets); organizing company calender, records and events; responding to Parents /Guardians queries and needs and directing them as appropriate. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
Job Requirements, Skills and Qualification
* HND/Bsc. in any related course of study
* Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word especially)
* Strong organization skills with good problem-solving attitude
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Great people and liason skills
