Job Responsibilities
Create and publish strategic social media content, including testing of frequency, timing, and content type to improve social performance.
Increase organic reach and engagement on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to drive traffic, generate leads and extend our brand to target audience.
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction and ensure a positive customer service experience.
Collaborate with the Communication Team to support paid social media strategy and omni-channel marketing.
Work closely with internal teams to optimize organic social activity and act as social media expert and advocate.
Ensure consistent brand messaging on all platforms through tone, voice and terminology.
Regularly report KPIs to the Communication and Executive Teams.
Proactive about upcoming social media needs and popular trends surrounding new program launches and seasonal events and responding to market changes.
Stay up to date on new social media tools, best practices, competitive activity, and social media leaders to ensure progress on all platforms.
Support the content developer in content creation & strategy ex*****on.
