Job Overview
As an HR Support at Vines Realty Afrique Limited, you will play a key role in assisting the Human Resources department in various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of HR functions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop HR skills, work closely with a collaborative team, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct initial screenings of potential candidates and participate in the interview process.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and addressing inquiries.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- minimum of 1 year experience in HR or related roles.
- Vast with Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
