 Develop and organize goals, consistent with marketing objectives, with set deadlines for achievement
 Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
 Research needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing and pitch your company’s products and services
 Assist BD manager in contacting potential client via email or/and phone to establish rapport and firmly set up meetings
 Identify client’s needs and motivating them to establish their business in your company
 Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
 Build fruitful relationships with prospective customers
 Maintain set budget to ensure steady progress to financial goals of company
 Attend regularly conferences, meetings and industry events (at least twice a month)
 Assist BD Manager in preparing PowerPoint and developing written proposals for products and services of business
 Design and implement control reports to monitor achievement result and setbacks from targets, to enable corrective actions on deviations from target result
 Set aside daily feedback (either email or written reports) for activity reporting to the BD Manager
REQUIREMENTS
 Candidate must have at least 3 years post-qualification work experience in a formal business organization
 Candidate must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
 Candidate must have completed qualification in one or more of these: Accounting, Marketing, Banking
 Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills includes presentations
 Candidate must have good interpersonal skills and follow up skills
 Candidate must have proficiency with software including Microsoft Office (MWord, MExcel, MPowerPoint

 Identifies, develops and direct implementation of new policies and procedures necessary to have a strong sustainable internal control structure
 Ensure that all staff have an in depth understanding of the internal control system in place; administer training for better intricate understanding of all guidelines and standards
 Identify areas of financial and administrative strengths and weaknesses; evaluate business operations and develop relevant cost saving and process improvement suggestions to assist organization in its goals
 Routine audit of financial records and activities: This includes accounting and data processing to detect possible error and fraud, review management reports on specific activities, review bank reconciliation statements, ensure that assets register is maintained and regularly update and review of efficiency in Financial control.
 Set authorization standard and approval limits by certain upper management staff, and approve payments within own limits.
 Define guidelines for and ensure Invoice Verification/confirmation of prices from supplier before approval for purchase is given
 Candidate must have at least 3 years post-qualification work experience in auditing, control and compliance of formal business organization

Responsibilities: -
Develop sales for multiple product line that ensures attainment of company goals and profitability.
Proven local sales experience
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports.
Creates and conducts field trials at farmer level, dealer meetings, farm meetings and other promotional activities to brand our products.
Ensures that all local farmer meet, sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments
Should be familiar with Agri-business concepts, practices, and procedures.
Must work to develop and maintain dealer level contacts.

Requirements: -
2-5 yrs. of Work experience in the similar role or related fields.
Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture or another relevant field
Practical experience in a similar position
Good customer service skills and knowledge of local laws and regulations.
Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
Excellent Communication skills required.
Basic computer knowledge on MS office
