🔧 Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer (IT Support) to provide local IT support and collaborate with global domain teams.

📌 Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist end-users through tickets raised in the WiServe Portal
• Provide hands-and-feet support for domain teams based in India
• Join incident calls during account outages
• Conduct IT asset inventory verification
• Respond to email and chat inquiries from business users
• Ensure IT assets comply with company security standards

❗ Non-Negotiable Requirements

✔ 1–3 years of relevant experience as local IT Support
✔ Average to good communication skills
✔ Willing to work rotational shifts
