Online induction fees:
Associate: N95,000
Full Membership:N120,000
Fellowship: N250,000
Doctoral Fellow: N300,000
Corporate: N300,000
Applicants will be assessed on their education, training, knowledge, skill, and experience (K.S.E.). Due consideration will be given to those who are qualified only by practical experience.
There are many people who, through no fault of their own, have not had the opportunity to gain academic qualifications during their careers. These people may also apply for membership based on their merits, practical experience, and position.
This is a direct membership certification without lectures and exams and itβs based on work experience only for working professionals
All new membership applications are approved by the National Council every month.
TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP & REQUIREMENTS
1. ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: This is for an individual who is working in the field of Customer Care, Call Centre Management, Customer Relations, Customer Service, Front Desk Officer, Marketing, etc at entry-level or with less than 3 years of experience.

- Plus an Award Plaque
2. FULL MEMBERSHIP: This is for an individual who is working in the field of Customer Care, Call Centre Management, Customer Relations, Customer Service, Front Desk Officer, Marketing, etc with more than 5 years of experience.
β Plus one Single chosen certification from the above list 1 β 8
- Plus an Award Plaque
3. FELLOW MEMBERSHIP: This is for Directors of companies, Senior Managers in Customer Care, Call Centre Management, Customer Relations, Customer Service, Front Desk Officers, Marketing, etc with more than 15 years of experience. Or Through an invitation by the Council
β Plus one Single chosen certification from the above list 1 β 8
- Plus an Award Plaque
5. CORPORATE MEMBER: The is for a company that specializes in Customer Relationship Management
