Jennifer: She currently does a couple of ushering jobs but is not satisfied at the number of job offers she gets and her growth in the industry. She would therefore want to be empowered to rise to the top of the industry. Madam Bimbo: An event planner who needs proactive confident ushers that can help in smooth running of activities and be able to take care of situations if the need arises. Most people enter ushering thinking it is something to do while waiting for a "real job."

I used to hear it all the time....."It is just ushering."
