HOTEL NIGHT MANAGER
Location: Jahi, Abuja

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000
A reputable hospitality brand in Jahi, Abuja is looking to hire an experienced and highly responsible Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during night hours and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
The ideal candidate must be calm under pressure, operationally sound, guest-focused, and capable of supervising hotel activities independently during overnight operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise overall hotel operations during night shifts
* Ensure smooth front office and guest service operations
* Handle guest complaints, emergencies, and escalations professionally
* Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and operational compliance
* Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and front office teams
* Prepare and submit daily/night operational reports
* Monitor cash handling, billing activities, and audit processes where necessary
* Ensure safety, security, and service standards are maintained at all times
* Support occupancy management and room status coordination
* Ensure proper handover to morning management team
Requirements
* Minimum of 2–4 years experience in hotel operations or supervisory hospitality roles
* Previous experience as a Night Supervisor, Duty Manager, Front Office Supervisor, or Night Manager is an added advantage
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and guest management abilities
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
* Good reporting and administrative skills
* Must be organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
* Knowledge of hotel operations systems/PMS is an advantage
* Must be willing to work overnight shifts

* Calm and professional under pressure
* Strong sense of responsibility and operational control
* Service-oriented with excellent attention to guest experience
* Able to coordinate teams effectively during late-hour operations
