VACANCY: RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are a growing and performance-driven restaurant seeking to employ a competent, disciplined, and results-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, stock control, and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Manage daily restaurant operations and service delivery
β’ Supervise kitchen, bar, service, and cashier teams
β’ Enforce strict stock control, portion control, and FIFO procedures
β’ Monitor sales, cash handling, and daily financial reporting
β’ Recruit, train, schedule, and discipline staff
β’ Ensure high standards of hygiene, food quality, and customer service
β’ Handle customer complaints professionally
β’ Prevent wastage, theft, and operational leakages
β’ Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management
REQUIREMENTS (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
β’ Minimum 3β5 years proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
β’ Strong understanding of restaurant operations, stock, and cost control
β’ Ability to manage cash, POS, and sales reconciliation
β’ Proven leadership and staff management skills
β’ High level of integrity, accountability, and discipline
β’ Ability to work under pressure, weekends, and public holidays
