Job Title: Corporate Finance Associate
Location: Ikoyi

Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain integrated financial models (3-statement models, DCF, LBO where relevant)
2. Conduct valuation analysis: Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), comparable Company Analysis (Trading Comps), and precedent transactions
3. Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess risk and return profiles
4. Analyse financial statements to identify key performance drivers
5. Support end-to-end ex*****on of mergers & acquisitions (buy-side / sell-side), equity capital raises (private placements, venture/growth equity), debt financing (structured finance, project finance, corporate debt)
6. Deal origination support
7. Investor & client engagement
8. Strategic advisory

Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2. Professional certifications like ACA / ACCA / CFA (or in progress)
3. Typically 2–5 years experience in Investment banking, corporate finance advisory, and private equity / venture capital
