🎓✨ YYC x 厦门大学企业参访
上周三，YYC十分荣幸迎来厦门大学的讲师及学生们到访YYC Sunway Tower分行，展开一场充实且富有启发性的企业参访活动。
特别感谢我们People & Culture团队的 Joshua 担任活动主持人，以及People & Culture Director Alina 为活动致欢迎词，热情迎接师生们的到来。
在 Elaine (Head of Tax, Compliance) 的分享环节中，同学们对税务行业有了更全面的认识。税务专业不仅仅是处理报税工作，更涉及协助企业解决问题、管理风险、优化现金流以及支持企业策略决策。Elaine 也分享了人工智能（AI）、数据分析、电子发票（e-Invoicing）等新兴科技如何正在改变税务行业的发展方向，并鼓励同学们持续提升专业知识与数码技能，以迎接未来职场挑战。
随后，在 Crztal (Manager, Audit) 的分享中，同学们深入了解审计与企业治理在建立组织信任方面所扮演的重要角色。审计师的工作不仅是审核数字，更包括识别风险、强化内部控制、提升企业问责制度，以及维护企业诚信。Crztal 也强调，道德操守、批判性思维、沟通能力及领导力，都是迈向长期职业成功的重要基础。
活动尾声，我们进行了小组交流环节。同学们积极分享自己的职业规划、对会计行业的疑问与未来发展方向。YYC团队也借此机会为同学们提供职业建议，包括职业发展路径、履历准备、面试技巧，以及分享YYC的学习与成长机会。

🎓✨ YYC x Xiamen University Industrial Visitation
Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of welcoming lecturer and students from Xiamen University to our YYC Sunway Tower branch for an insightful and engaging industrial visit.
A special thanks to our People & Culture team — Joshua for serving as the emcee and Alina, our Director, for delivering the warm welcome speech.
Through Elaine’s (Head of Tax Compliance) sharing, students gained a broader understanding of the tax profession beyond tax return preparation. They learned how tax professionals support businesses in problem-solving, risk management, cash flow improvement, and strategic decision-making. Elaine also highlighted how AI, data analytics, e-Invoicing, and other emerging technologies are transforming the field, emphasizing the importance of developing both technical and digital skills for the future.
During Crystal's (Manager, Audit) session, students gained a deeper understanding of how audit and governance contribute to building trust within organizations. They learned that auditors do much more than review numbers — they help identify risks, strengthen internal controls, promote accountability, and safeguard business integrity. Crztal also highlighted the importance of ethics, critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills as key foundations for long-term career success.
To wrap up the visit, we broke into small group for a networking session where students shared their career aspirations, concerns, and questions about the accounting profession. Our team provided guidance on career pathways, resume preparation, interview readiness, and shared insights into the benefits and growth opportunities at YYC.
