QA / QC Executive (Department Head)
Basic Salary: RM4000 - RM6000 (Dep on exp)
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
8.30am - 1pm
Working Location: Senai, Johor Bahru
Job Scope:
• Audit-supplier qualification, production process, conformity of raw materials
• Raw material standard construction (sensory, composition, etc.)
• Acceptance/Laboratory Quality Control-Raw Material Acceptance, Ingredient Test
• Laboratory component management table-raw material inspection (internal inspection, external inspection record: time period/time, price, inspection party, etc.)
• Preservation of raw materials-methods, knowledge, longevity, etc.
• On-site quality control
- Production process inspection, process standards**, batch types of goods, staff quality operations, production workshop environment, 5S, etc.
- Compilation of quality management manuals in the production process
- Technical control of factory food safety
• Acceptance/Laboratory Quality Control-Finished Product Testing
• Product packaging-design, ingredients, product details, labels
• The formula is adjusted according to the regulations of each country
• Establish and food safety management and audit system-GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC, BRC, etc.
• Customer complaint handling of factory products
• Establishment of factory-related food safety standards and systems
• Ensure that factory production and products comply with food safety regulations
• Possesses emergency handling capabilities for food safety emergencies
Requirements & Remarks:
• Have 3-5 years working experience in QA / QC roles
• Experience must from food manufacturing industry
• It's department head position
• Open Gender, Age below 40 y/o
