Our client, a growing hospitality and food & beverage business, is looking for two experienced Bar & Restaurant Supervisors to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient restaurant and bar operations. The ideal candidates should have strong practical experience in hospitality operations and the ability to supervise teams in a busy environment.

Some of the responsibilities include; supervising daily bar and restaurant operations, managing staff schedules and performance, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring stock levels and inventory, handling cash and daily reconciliations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, resolving customer complaints professionally, and providing regular operational reports to management.

About the role:
We are looking for an organised, client-focused person to manage client relationships and support delivery in a fast-growing business.

Requirements:

· Minimum diploma in HR , project management or a related field
· Strong English and Chichewa (written and spoken)
