We are currently seeking a full-time Chef (day shift only, no evening shifts)

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes.

Assisting the Sous Chef in creating menu items, and recipes and developing dishes.

Monitoring portion and waste control.

Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen.

Applicants must:

Have previous work experience in the role.

Be able to work on your own initiative and under minimum supervision.

Be a team player.

Be Hardworking and punctual.

Follow all hygiene regulations (including HACCP).

Have a valid Food Handling certificate.

Must be able to work under pressure and work weekends and public holidays.

Other remarks:

Full-time on a permanent basis shift.
