ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth and ground operations across Nigeria and other African countries. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering measurable sales results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive sales growth and meet targets
• Develop and execute Africa-focused business strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales in Nigeria or other African countries
- Fluency in Nigerian Pidgin and Igbo languages
- Strong network and influence in Nigeria and other African countries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience living and working in Nigeria is a plus
