Position Description & Responsibility
- Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and maintaining well-qualified program staff
- Implementing the human resources policies, procedures and practices of the organization
- Establishing and implementing a performance management process for all programs staff
- Carrying out annual employee performance evaluations: addressing performance concerns in a timely manner
- Ensuring employees are apprised of program plans and changes in a timely manner through staff meeting and notices, memos, etc.
- Overseeing operations/programs/staff across both sites
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing payroll and maintaining attendance records
- Maintaining Office Facilities, Machinery & Vehicles
- Supporting Director with work at the Board level by preparing for and sitting on committees of the Board if required
- Assisting Director with any of the following, Financial Management, Legal Matters, Contingency Planning
- Overseeing the collection and maintenance of records on the staff reports for statistical purposes according to the confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization
- Ensuring proper documenting of program activities
- Ensuring that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization
- Ensuring reporting is completed as required
- Taking corrective action when required
- Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company and its executives
Position Requirement
- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of progressively responsible in administration field
- Good command in Team and cooperation / interpersonal skills fluently
- Social Network skills
- Able to use MS words, Excel
- Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities
- Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects and be comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company and its executives
