ဒီအချက် (၆) ချက်က သင့်ကို ပိုမိုရှင်းလင်းပြတ်သားပြီး ယုံကြည်မှုရှိရှိနဲ့ အလုပ်ရှာဖွေနိုင်ဖို့ ကူညီပေးပါလိမ့်မယ်။

၂။ ကိုယ့်ပုံရိပ်ကို ထင်ပေါ်အောင်လုပ်ပါ

ကြော်ငြာတင်ထားတဲ့အလုပ်ကိုပဲ မကြည့်ဘဲ၊ ကိုယ်စိတ်ဝင်စားတဲ့ကုမ္ပဏီက HR ဒါမှမဟုတ် တိုက်ရိုက်အလုပ်ခန့်မယ့် မန်နေဂျာကို LinkedIn ကနေ ဆက်သွယ်မေးမြန်းပါ။ သင်ဘယ်လောက်စိတ်ဝင်စားတယ်ဆိုတာကို ပြသခြင်းဟာ သင့်ကို ထောင်နဲ့ချီတဲ့ လျှောက်ထားသူတွေကြားထဲကနေ ထင်ပေါ်စေပါလိမ့်မယ်။

၄။ ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေး (Networking) ကို အားပြုပါ
အလုပ်ခွင့်အလမ်းတိုင်းက အလုပ်ရှာဖွေရေး website တွေပေါ် ရောက်မလာပါဘူး။ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းထဲက ဆက်ဆံရေးတွေကနေ အခွင့်အလမ်းကောင်းတွေ အများကြီးရနိုင်ပါတယ်။ အလုပ်တောင်းဖို့မဟုတ်ဘဲ ယုံကြည်မှုတည်ဆောက်ဖို့နဲ့ သင်ယူဖို့အတွက် Networking ကို အသုံးချပါ။

၅။ နည်းပညာပိုင်းထက်ကျော်လွန်ပြီး ပြင်ဆင်ပါ
အလုပ်ရှင်တွေဟာ နည်းပညာပိုင်းကျွမ်းကျင်မှုအပြင် ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်တဲ့ Soft Skills တွေကိုပါ လိုချင်ကြပါတယ်။ အင်တာဗျူးမတိုင်ခင် ကုမ္ပဏီအကြောင်း သေချာလေ့လာပြီး သင့်ရဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံတွေကနေ တန်ဖိုးတွေကို ဘယ်လိုပေးနိုင်လဲဆိုတာ လက်တွေ့ဥပမာတွေနဲ့ ပြောပြပါ။

၆။ စိတ်ဓာတ်မကျဘဲ ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံပါ
အငြင်းခံရတာတွေ၊ ကြန့်ကြာတာတွေ ရှိလာနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ငြင်းပယ်မှုတိုင်းကနေ သင်ခန်းစာယူပါ။ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကိုယ် ယုံကြည်ပြီး သင်ယူနေပါ။ မှန်ကန်တဲ့အခွင့်အလမ်းက သင်အဆင်သင့်ဖြစ်တဲ့အခါ ရောက်လာပါလိမ့်မယ်။
