Position – After Sales Service Assistant Manager
Our company is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an After Sales Service Assistant Manager.
✅Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all after-sales service operations to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Lead and supervise the service team to ensure efficient daily operations
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and improve service quality and customer experience
• Control and manage spare parts, warranty, and maintenance processes
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
📌Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering or related field)
• After-sales service (or) customer service field တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ (3–5) နှစ်ရှိရမည်
• Leadership skills ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး team ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်
• Problem-solving skills နှင့် communication skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
• EV / Automotive industry အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပါက ဦးစားပေးမည်
