I recently applied to 30+ roles in security, executive protection, operations, and HR.

USA and Europe.

Results?
No interviews.

So I asked myself:
Experience?
Certifications?
U.S. or Europe exposure?
Operational background?
Deployment experience?

The strange part is:
I have all of the above.

So maybe the real problem is not only requirements.
