No previous travel agency experience is required. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in the travel industry. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Requirements:
* Fresh university graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Good computer skills and attention to detail.
* Fluent in English (French is an advantage).
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with flight, hotel, and holiday bookings.
* Prepare travel quotations and itineraries.
* Learn and use travel reservation systems.
* Deliver outstanding customer service.
