SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTIONS
POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER
REPORT TO: CEO/CHAIRMAN

1- Monitor daily Finance department activity
2- Enforce the implementation of the roles and duties of each finance personnel
3- Track and verify each financial transactions of the company
4- Verify and approve related finance and accounting documents
5- Review accounting transactions in Heawork in all concerned areas
6- Reconcile and lead financial staff to achieve their working target
7- Make essential adjustments to the errors in the transactions of accounting entryentryentrying entry
8- Make necessary adjustment to errors to the transactions of accounting entry
12-Provide a recommendation, ideas, or blueprint for improving internal control processes
10-Set work flow and work deadline for subordinates
11-Review sales contract, purchase contract, lease contract and other legal documents
-Self-motivated and willing to learn new thingssimilar type of companythe internal control process
13-Review tax declaration and manage tax declaration process
14-Prepare financial statements in monthly and yearly basis
15-Provide financial analysis
16-Join in board meeting as necessary

POSITION: RECEIVING CUM STORE SUPERVISOR
REPORT TO: FINANCE MANAGER

1- Check arriving goods against PR/PO and delivery notes
2- Make a goods received note (GRN) to record in the store system
3- 1-2 year experience in warehouse management in a similar type of companymustut of stockment make payment
4- Work with user departments to transfer goods to each location
5- Make goods received note (GRN) to record in store system
6- Prepare receiving reports to goods received
7- Binding and compiling documents of receiving for AP to make payment
8- Issue goods out of store as requested by user department
9- Place reorder of goods when store is almost running out of stock
10- Prepare bin card to trace stock movement
11- Keep store in hygiene and orderly manner
12- Prepare monthly or daily store reports
13- Report to Finance Manager if there is any concern

BASIC QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

1- Bachelor degree or lower degree in any related field
2- Ability to communicate in English. Chinese speaking and writing is a must

SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTIONS
POSITION: PURCHASING OFFICER
REPORT TO: FINANCE MANAGER

 Search for local and oversea suppliers, price list, products and materials required
 Make a comparison of suppliers, quotation, products and materials required by user department
 Work as a team with related departments to consult and discuss about specification of materials
 Negotiate the deal with vendors on prices, quantity, and delivery condition and payment terms
 Prepare purchase order and process PO for Finance manager and CEO approval
 Make an arrangement of production delivery, arrival and storage
 Post PO and request in the system
 Follow up outstanding purchase requests and notify user department about delayed delivery
 Compromise with vendor on wrong and damage delivery items or exchange of items
