IN SEARCH OF GRAPHIC DESIGN AND MEDIA MANAGER (CAMBODIA)
Our client is a boutique property developer in Cambodia and they are looking for a graphic design and media manager:
Responsibilities include:
• Work closely with Art Directors (2) to support ULS project work for both print and digital communications. This will include both print and digital projects;
• Technical/conceptual drawings to support projects;
• Photo touch up with emphasis on basic skin/complexion adjustments, cropping, lighting adjustments, etc.;
• Layout support with religious adherence to proper grid structures and document integrity, following branding guide and in-house design file requirements;
Work closely with Social Media Manager to plan out graphic and media needs;
• Shoot photos and occasional video of events to support social media;
• Quick editing for fast sharing on social media channels with emphasis on Facebook and IG;

Based in Phnom Penh, the incumbent will be responsible for:
RISK MANAGEMENT
Oversight on planning and implementation of PCA Risk Framework / local ERM requirements, including the Company Risk Framework approved by the Risk Committee and other responsibilities delegated by the Risk Committee;
Be responsible for formulation, communication and monitoring of the Company risk appetite and limits structures; including annual review of, and proposal to the Risk Committee the necessary adjustment to the risk appetite and risk limits;
Oversight on planning, formulation (or adjustment) and communication of the relevant Operational Risk Management process, ensuring the effectiveness of Operational Risk Management process;
Lead maintenance of the risk MI in the Group-wide ORM system (OpenPages);
