Nyandarua Water and Sanitation Company Ltd (NYANDAWAS) successfully conducted a Water Clinic today, 26th May 2026, at Mairo Inya Municipality as part of our continued commitment to improving customer service and strengthening engagement with our valued consumers.

The clinic provided an opportunity for residents to receive assistance on water billing inquiries, account updates, service complaints, meter-related concerns, and general customer support. Our team was pleased to interact directly with customers, address their concerns, and provide timely solutions.

We sincerely thank the residents of Mairo Inya for their active participation and continued cooperation. Your feedback is invaluable as we work towards enhancing service delivery and ensuring access to quality water for all.
