JOB VACANCY: PROJECT COORDINATOR

Konastones Ventures is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Coordinator to support the implementation of donor-funded and development projects. The role involves close collaboration with the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
๐ Minimum Qualifications
โ
Masterโs Degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Water Resources Management, Environmental Studies, or a related field
โ
2โ3 yearsโ experience in project coordination/management
โ
Strong organizational, reporting & stakeholder engagement skills
โ
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within timelines & budgets
๐ Key Duties & Responsibilities
๐น Support ex*****on of project work streams (utility improvement, enabling environment & investment mobilization)
๐น Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring & reporting
๐น Coordinate inputs from partner utilities & consultants
๐น Prepare work plans, timelines, budgets & progress reports
๐น Organize and participate in high-level stakeholder meetings
๐น Coordinate Water as Leverage (WaL) activities & proposal development
๐น Support trainings, visits, timesheets & invoicing processes
๐น Lead monitoring, benchmarking & reporting activities
๐น Facilitate team coordination meetings and follow up actions
๐น Develop & share knowledge in climate-resilient water supply & master planning
๐น Perform any other duties agreed with the Project Manager
