BINDING/ARCHIVING
We tailor make our services top suit client needs. Should a client have confidential or bulky documents that need binding, we arrange to work on site using our state of the art with minimal interference to the clients working schedule.

BINDING TYPES WE DO.
One can find a variety of method to bind a document some of the common techniques include – coil binding, spiral binding, stitch binding, velo binding, thermal binding, perfect binding and hardcover binding.
Depending on your requirements and type of document, you can choose an appropriate technique but for office files/documents we recommend hardcover binding. Binding is very essential for companies, students, researchers and scholars as they need to prepare a thesis, dissertation, journal, reports or research papers
OUR APPROACH TO BINDING
1) Space
The binding process will be undertaken within your premises. We would therefore wish to be allocated some space to do the work. In case there is limited space within your office, a table is sufficiently enough for us.
2) Tools and Materials
The used will include; mallet, hammer, nails, manual drills, needles and material used are; thread strawboards, imported binding cloth, Mg paper and binding glue. Our personnel will come with the tools, equipment’s and materials for the work. The exercise can be done even within the offices when your members of staff are working. Basically the process is labor intensive and there will be minimal noise produced, which technically, cannot interfere or hinder office work.
3) Quality
As the hard binding involves various stages to complexion, it is normally done in sequence. This means a given lot of files should be taken and bound to completion before another is started. This is aimed at enabling proper arrangement of documents as they are filed. Further at the time of the exercise enable our personnel to label the bound documents as per your instruction. The number per lot, depending on the space you shall have allocated to us to do the work, will range from 200 to 1,000 files. Usually, we request to be given or shown where the bound files are to be arranged. Depending on your documentation or archiving mode. We would arrange for you the bound and labeled files in their respective shelves or designed area, according to departments, dates, programs, or whichever format you may advise us to use depending on the policy of your organization, as such varies from one firm to another.
4) Personnel
Our personnel will be reporting to your office every morning and bind the files on the designated area. In every way possible, they would be operating differently from your members of staff. However, they may occasionally make inquiries on areas which may not seem clear. Such may include missing links in files, dates or loose documents that may require to be put in the right file.
5) Integrity
It is the policy to maintain the integrity of your firm. Regardless of the content of your documents, our primary objective is to bind them and proper casing, period. In this regard, however, your presence would be required when we would be disposing off-cuts, waste papers and materials which come about in the process of binding. We do require at least one of your personnel to inspect the lot before disposal, once in a while.
6) Cleanliness
We would wish to leave your office as clean as possible. However, there are products of binding which looks very untidy. We normally burn or throw the waste in your chute depending on your preference but only after your personnel have checked and verified the waste not to contain anything of prime interest to you.
For the period we do our binding in your premises we will require some corner or space where we would be leaving our working materials and tools. Such may not necessarily have to be lockable place; however, we would be relying on your good will and security for their overnight stay.
