Vacancy: Front Office Secretary

Greensteds school is seeking to appoint a highly organised, professional, and proactive Secretary to support the senior leadership team and ensure the smooth day-to-day administration of the school.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Headmaster and senior management
2.Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries professionally
Maintain accurate records, student files, and confidential documents
3. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points for meetings when called for.
4. Help to coordinate school calendars, appointments, and events
5. Liaise with parents, staff, and external stakeholders in a courteous and efficient manner
6. Support admissions, examinations, and general office operations as required

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems (an advantage)

Friendly, calm, and approachable
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
