New Year Greetings From Our Honorable President of ADSEC Group

Happy new year.
This message is sent to all members of Adsec Japan.
I would like to share it with all of the Adsec family.

To All Members of the Adsec Group,
As we hear the sound of the temple bells ringing on New Year’s Eve, their deep resonance reminds us to reflect on the past year and prepare our hearts for a new beginning. Each toll seems to send off the events of the year with gratitude, paving the way for the dawn of 2026.
Happy New Year.
At the start of this new year, I would like to first express my heartfelt appreciation.
Adsec has grown to where it is today because of each and every one of you.
In 2025, our company embraced the theme of “Health” as our corporate slogan. We focused on improving work environments, welfare systems, and the mental and physical well-being of every employee.
As a result, we created a foundation where everyone could work confidently and positively — and our performance exceeded expectations.
This outcome was no coincidence.
Only when people are healthy, positive, and able to take on challenges does a company become stronger.
2025 was a year in which we all proved this together.
Now, in 2026, Adsec marks a major milestone — our 20th anniversary.
Twenty years is by no means an easy journey. We have faced countless changes in society and industry, enduring challenges and uncertainties along the way.
That we stand strong today is thanks to the relentless spirit of every employee who has continued to move forward and embrace challenges.
I take great pride in that.
For this special milestone year, our 2026 corporate slogan is inspired by the words of Eiichi Shibusawa:
(Japanese industrialist known as the father of Japanese capitalism, symbol of new 10,000 Yen )
“Seventy Percent Dreams.”
Where there are no dreams, there can be no ideals.
Where there are no ideals, there can be no convictions.
Where there are no convictions, there can be no plans.
Where there are no plans, there can be no actions.
Where there are no actions, there can be no results.
Where there are no results, there can be no happiness.
Therefore, to pursue happiness, one must have dreams.
These words carry a profound truth for us — both as individuals and as a company.
Dreams are the starting point of everything. Dreams create ideals; ideals forge convictions; convictions lead to plans; plans turn into action; action brings results; and results, in turn, bring happiness.
The same applies to our company.
A company without dreams cannot have a great future.
As we celebrate our 20th anniversary, we must not merely pause to look back — we must envision even greater dreams and take bold steps toward the next stage.
I encourage each of you to ask yourself:
What do I want to achieve?
What kind of future do I want to build within this company?
When individual dreams come together, they become the dreams of a team — and eventually, the dreams of the company.
That is how Adsec will continue to grow stronger and remain a company truly needed by society.
Let 2026 be more than a milestone — let it be the starting point of our next great challenge, one that looks ahead to the next ten and twenty years.
Together as one, let’s pursue our dreams with sincerity and passion, and open new paths to the future.
I sincerely wish that 2026 will be a year in which every one of you — and Adsec as a whole — takes on your dreams with conviction and shapes a brilliant future.
