セミナー後、E41-6 「パキスタンソフトウェア輸出委員会」のブースにお越しいただいた皆様、ありがとうございました。

日本最大のIT展示会「Japan IT Week」にパキスタンから11社がブース出展。
Plus Wはパキスタン企業のサポートパートナーとして、パキスタン政府情報通信省所管のソフトウェア輸出協会 [Pakistan Software Export Board]（PSEB）より依頼を受けて参加することになりました！

現在パキスタンに赴任し、パキスタン事務所の責任者である当社の林がJapan IT Weekに合わせて帰国し、サポートパートナーを担います。
ブースを訪れたパキスタンに興味関心のある日本企業に対し、ヒアリングや企業選定をサポートするほか、プロジェクトマネジメントやブリッジSEを必要とする案件には、人材の紹介派遣を担当するなど、多様なニーズを満たすために柔軟に支援してまいります。

パキスタンの魅力を発信しながらも、我々人材会社である当社にしかできない役割を担うことで、より円滑にマッチングを行いたいと考えています。

Plus W recently participated in AI Techverse23 organized by National Center for Artificial Intelligence (NCAI) , at National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) in Islamabad from 21st to 23rd February.

The event brought together industry experts, researchers, and students from various fields to explore the cutting-edge technologies and innovations in AI.
1000 students, 15 startups and 10 companies attended and we could be connected with lots of IT professionals there.

1月14日にHabib大学にて開催された、Habib大学在校生を対象としたジョブフェアに出展いたしました。
このジョブフェアは、新卒採用を積極的に行っているパキスタンの優良/成長企業にとって、同校学生のインターン受入れや、卒業後の採用のきっかけの場として提供されており、現地の首都イスラマバードに拠点を設ける弊社も参加いたしました。

当イベントには延べ365名の学生が参加し、多くの学生と日本のマーケット現況や日本企業に就職する魅力などについて意見交換を行いました。

今後も、現地の様々な大学で開かれるジョブフェアに積極的に参加し、学生との接点を構築することで、ITエンジニアを中心としたパキスタンの人材と日本企業とのマッチングを実現してまいります。

Plus W, Inc. was given the opportunity to exhibit at the Career Connect 2023 hosted by Habib University on January 14th.
This job fair provided an excellent opportunity for growing companies in Pakistan including Plus W to actively recruit the talented graduating students of Habib University for either internships or full-time employment.

As around 365 number of students participated, the event was a successful step for us. We were able to share information regarding the Japanese job market and also mention the advantages of working for a Japanese company to many students.

In the future, we hope that we can continue to actively participate in job fairs at universities across Pakistan and build connections with more IT professionals and eventually help them get recruited by Japanese companies.

12月14日(水) 海外パキスタン人・人材開発省にて、パキスタンITエンジニアの日本企業への就業機会拡大に向けて、海外雇用公社（OEC）とMOUを締結いたしました。

日本企業からの人材要件を OEC と連携し、パキスタンIT エンジニアの採用や就業機会の提供を進めて参ります。

12月14日(水)、パキスタン国立科学技術大学（NUST）学内ライブラリーにて、Plus W主催イベント「Calling Japan」を開催いたしました。

イベントには総勢60名を超える学生が参加し、「日パ人材交流センター」センター長の林、NUSTを代表し、日本企業や外部パートナーとのフロント役を務める副センター長のアル―バを中心に、日本での就業機会について議論し、日本語レッスン、折り紙体験、質疑応答等、学生の活気に満ちたセッションが行われました。

また、在パキスタン日本大使館を通じて寄贈された日本に関する図書についても紹介し、本の有効活用や今後の日本語・日本文化教育の構想等について言及いたしました。

今後も学生との交流を深め、両国の文化や商習慣、基礎的な言語を学びながら、さまざまなイベントを開催し、日本企業や教育機関と連携し学生と直接接点を持てる場を創出してまいります。

On December 14th (Wednesday), Plus W hosted an event called "Calling Japan" at the campus library of the Pakistan National University of Science and Technology, (NUST).

Over 60 students participated. Mr. Hayashi, the head of Japan Centre at NUST and Ms. Arooba, the Vice Head of Japan Centre hosted the event. They discussed about various topics including job opportunities in Japan and the company’s prospective plans for Japanese language and culture education.

During the event, they also introduced some basic Japanese terms, gave origami lessons to the participants. There was also a short talk on the books on Japan donated by the Embassy of Japan in Pakistan.

In the future, we hope to continue to deepen our connection with Pakistani students, and learn and exchange the different cultures and business practices in both countries.

We also hope that we can continue to hold various events, and collaborate with Japanese companies and Pakistani educational institutions to create opportunities for students in Pakistan.

パキスタン・カラチにある、「University of Karachi」へ弊社メンバーが訪問し、日本・パキスタンの今後の更なる協力・連携について意見交換をいたしました。

さまざまな日本国内の大学との連携機会を創出し、IT不足に悩む日本企業の課題解決に貢献していきたいと考えています。

Plus Wでは高度人材の育成・マッチングにおける事業に注力し、まずはパキスタンでの取り組みを加速させてまいります。
