We provide recruitment services with the hope of building a society in which both parties can build a win-win relationship by connecting Japanese companies and job seeker. Raikou Business Cooperative is an organization that hosts foreign technical intern trainees, established in October 2024. While it is difficult to secure human resources in Japan, there are still many difficult situations in Central Asia, where the employment rate of young people is low and the living conditions such as electricity and water supply are prominent. I would like technical intern trainees to acquire advanced Japan technology and become people who will be responsible for the development of their home countries in the future. Raikou Business Cooperative also conducts a joint purchasing business for materials and a joint transportation business for products associated with automobiles, with the aim of reducing the burden on individual companies. We will strive for the further development of Japan, South Asia, and Southeast Asia, and we look forward to your continued guidance and support.
