“vol.3 Moments of Winter”
いよいよ本格的な秋が深まり、温かい飲み物が恋しい季節となりました。
今回は、Ha’のHorizon Cupを使用した、抹茶ラテのレシピをご紹介します。ご自宅で過ごすひとときを、手軽に本格的なドリンクに変えてくれるこのレシピ。この機会に試されてみてはいかがでしょうか。

抹茶ラテのレシピ(2人分)

必要なもの
– 抹茶パウダー: 5 g (小さじ約2杯)
– お湯: 60–80 ml
– 牛乳(豆乳やオーツミルクでもOK): 300 g
– 砂糖(蜂蜜などお好みで)

作り方
1. 抹茶をボウルに加えます。
2. お湯を加え、よく混ぜます。(ここでダマになりやすいので、スプーンやヘラなどを使ってよく混ぜる)このステップで、お好
みで砂糖などの甘みを加えます。
3. 温めた牛乳を約300 gを注いでよく混ぜます。
4. カップに注いで完成!

Matcha Latte (for two)

Ingredients:
– Matcha powder: 5 g (approx. 2 teaspoons)
– Hot water: 60–80 ml
– Milk (soy milk or oat milk are also fine): 300 g
– Sugar (or honey, as you like)

Instructions:
1. Add the matcha to a bowl.
2. Add the hot water and mix well. (The matcha tends to clump here, so use a spoon or spatula to mix it thoroughly.) At this step, you can add sweeteners like sugar if you like.
3. Pour in about 300g of warmed milk and mix well.
4. Pour into cups and enjoy!
