It’s time for… “Performance Review”!!!!

First of all, I would like to thank you for your hard work during the 2025 season that is now ending.
As every year, starting from late August, I would like to invite you to a one-on-one meeting with me, that can take place in person or online, called Performance Review.

What is performance review?
The Performance Review is an opportunity to review the 2025 season, to have a deeper look into our travelers’ comments, to discuss opportunities of professional development, to identify strength and weaknesses, to get to know each other better and to start planning together your 2026 schedule.
To book your performance review, please check your inbox from Paolo and use the link to book!

In-Person Performance Review:
If you are participating to one of the post-season meetings mentioned below, we can also arrange the performance review in your town when we will be there.
The cities where it is possible to combine the Performance Review (in the morning or early afternoon) with the post-season celebrations are: Chiba, Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Kobe, Nagano, Nagoya, Naha, Sapporo.

I hope you’re doing well!

I’m excited to share one of our first big events of the year... the Pre-Season Meeting 2026!
📍 Location: Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture

This is a reminder to SAVE THE DATES, more details will be shared soon.

Event Dates:
• For all ET TDs: January 19th to 21st, 2026
(※Accommodation provided for the night of January 21st if needed)
• For WoJo TDs (UB and G*T): January 19th to 22nd, 2026
(※January 22nd is only for WoJo TDs)

What is the Pre-Season Meeting?
※Note: This is not the same as the Post-Season Meeting.
This is a big event where all the TDs in Japan gather, and EF Tours staff will share important updates and information for the 2026 season.
It is also a great chance to connect with other TDs! We will have some workshop activities and a farewell dinner on the evening of January 21st.
For those who live far from Yokosuka, accommodation can be arranged for the night of the 21st.

Schedule Overview:
Jan 19 – Arrival & Meeting
Jan 20 – Meeting
Jan 21 – Meeting & Farewell Dinner
(Accommodation provided for the night of 21st Jan if needed)
Jan 22 – WoJo TDs Only (UB, G*T)
