Become the Technical Backbone of Our Operation in Japan

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team and play a critical role in maintaining the technological foundation of our organization. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing new technologies, and providing exceptional user support.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Problem Solver: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues, including printer malfunctions, network connectivity problems, application errors, and operating system hiccups.
- Deployment Specialist: Configure and deploy new desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring seamless integration into our existing infrastructure.
- Software Management: Install, update, and maintain essential software applications and security patches, keeping our systems secure and optimized.
- User Advocate: Provide outstanding customer service to internal users, offering clear and concise technical guidance and support.
- Knowledge Keeper: Document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions, building a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
- Tech Evangelist: Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience and recommend technology enhancements.
- Continuous Learner: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
