Tokutei Ginou (Specified Skilled Worker) – Agriculture Staff Wanted (Crop Farming)

Full-time Position | Estimated Monthly Salary: JPY 210,000 | Company Dormitory Available | Bonus Available (from the 2nd year)
Have a Manual (MT) Driver's License? Earn an Extra JPY 100 per Hour!
■Job Description:
・Seeding, raising seedlings, and transplanting crops
・Crop management, including watering, fertilizing, and weeding
・Harvesting, sorting, packing, and shipping vegetables
・Assisting with the operation of agricultural machinery
・Field maintenance and cleaning
・Other duties related to farm operations
■Requirements:
・Currently residing in Japan
・Japanese language N4 level or above
・Hold a Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Type 1 – Agriculture (Crop Farming) visa and be available to start work as soon as possible
・OR have completed (or are expected to complete) the Technical Intern Training Program (Crop Farming) and be available to start work soon
■Preferred Qualifications:
・Experience in crop farming
・More than 3 years remaining on your residence status
・Holder of a regular driver's license
■Work Location:
・Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan
・About a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station
・About 5 minutes by bicycle to the nearest supermarket
■Employment Type:
Full-time (Permanent)
■Salary:
・Estimated monthly salary: JPY 210,000
・General farm work: JPY 1,100/hour
・Farm work including heavy lifting: JPY 1,200/hour
・Employees with a Manual Transmission (MT) driver's license receive an additional JPY 100/hour
・Bonus: Twice a year (based on company performance; approximately 3 months' salary in the previous year, payable from the second year of employment)
■Working Hours:
・8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
・Break time: 1 hour 45 minutes
-10:00–10:15 (15 minutes)
-12:00–1:15 PM (75 minutes)
-3:00–3:15 PM (15 minutes)
Working hours may vary depending on the season and weather conditions.
■Holidays & Leave:
Approximately 60 days off per year

Days off are arranged according to farm operations and employee requests whenever possible.
