Nursing Care Staff (Kaigo)!

■ Salary:
Monthly salary example: 212,000 JPY
(If working 4 night shifts and 4 early shifts per month)
Basic Salary: 168,000 JPY
・Housing Allowance: 6,000 JPY
・Transportation Allowance: 6,000 JPY
・Night Shift Allowance: 7,000 JPY per shift
・Early Shift Allowance: 1,000 JPY per shift
Bonus: Twice a year based on performance
(Example: Previous year – 2 times, total of 2 months' salary)
Salary increase: Yes (for full-time employees, depending on performance and ability)
Hourly Wage: 1,050 JPY (Up to 160 working hours per month)
Monthly Salary Example:
1,050 JPY × 160 hours = 168,000 JPY
During the contract period, dormitory rent is free, so the take-home salary may be higher during this period.
■ Required Skills/Experience:
・Must have passed the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Caregiving exam
・Japanese language level N4 or higher
・People who want to work in Japan for a long time
■ Working Hours:
Shift system (one of the following shifts):
(1)7:00 – 16:00
(2)8:30 – 17:30
(3)11:00 – 20:00
(4)17:00 – 9:00 (Night shift)
Break time: 60 minutes (day shift)
120 minutes (night shift)
■ Holidays:
・104 days off per year
・Two days off per week system
