In 10 days, there will be Tokyo Marathon 2014.

Tokyo Marathon is one of the 6 world major marathons that happen every year. It is a 10km course that covers major sights in Tokyo, including Tsukiji and Ginza.

There are also expositions in Tokyo in the days leading up to the event, as well as shorter, family runs.

It seems the event is so popular that even entries to the International Friendship Run were filled in 2 hours!

No Japão há uma tradição das pessoas tomarem banhos quentes em público separados por s**o. Estes são chamados de ofurôs. Muitas vezes não é permitido a entrada de pessoas com tatuagens, já que estas são associadas com o Yakuza (máfia japonesa) e muitas pessoas ficam intimidadas ao verem tatuagens.

Em Nagano, tem um ofurô especial com macacos! Voce pode até entrar no ofurô com eles.

No Japão existem meninas que chamamos de ギャル (pronuncia-se Gui-a-ru). São caracterizadas pela seguinte aparência:

- pele escura (muitas vezes é bronzeamento artificial)
- maquiagem pesada e clara
- cabelo tingido, comprido e volumoso

(2) Not receiving any other scholarship;
(3) In need of financial support;
(4) Sound in mind and body with academic excellence;
(5) Holding strong interest in social contribution through international communication and willing to contribute to scholarship in the development of the international society.
